He specializes in rehabilitation of injuries using exercise as a modality to treat chronic pain, correcting imbalances between muscle groups. Using science-based evidence to strengthen the body and promote health, wellness and pain-free living, Ray has a keen interest in treating chronic pain, pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, helping with injury prevention and rehabilitation. He can also provide specific training for optimal performance.
A Philippines national, Michelle holds a qualification in hotel and restaurant management and has been the friendly and efficient face greeting clients and providing administration support at Back on the Move and BeRehab since its inception.
Jose hails from the Philippines and has performed a vital role with Back on the Move and BeRehab for many years, keeping the premises running smoothly and overseeing laundry operations.
Lana Peters is the pioneering founder of the first Osteopathy practice to be licensed in the Kingdom of Bahrain since 2013. With over 40 years of experience, Lana is dedicated to improving the lives of Bahraini citizens and expatriates through holistic health practices. An Australian by birth, she holds a DO. BSc (Hons) in Osteopathic Medicine, is an Osteopath in the Cranial Field, and holds a Diploma in Naturopathy. She is also a member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization, Rotary Club and other entities.
