This is because of the range of equipment that is accommodated here in our dedicated facility. In addition, training and rehabilitation services can take full advantage of the 'gym-like' facility - and we are able to offer Pilates, Yoga and a variety of custom classes as they arise, for small groups or individuals.
Biokinetics focuses on improving physical function, preventing injury and managing chronic conditions with expertise in biomechanical analysis and clinical exercise. Its role is to rehabilitate musculoskeletal injuries and chronic/neurological/respiratory conditions through clinical exercise.

Using science-based evidence to strengthen the body and promote health, wellness and pain-free living, Ray has a keen interest in treating chronic pain, pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, helping with injury prevention and rehabilitation. He can also provide specific training for optimal performance.
With a BSc (Hons) Biokinetics and a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science, Duncan is a South African Biokinesticist and Sports Scientist with more than eight years’ experience. He has a passion for rehabilitation, with a special focus on ostomy care, helping individuals with stomas (ostomates) prevent parastomal hernias and prolapses through core strengthening and functional training. He specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation, chronic pain management and sports performance through tailored, science-based exercise programmes. Duncan believes that exercise is medicine, assisting clients to restore function and achieve greater mobility.
Hailing from South Africa, Amy holds a BA (Honors) in Biokinetics and a BSc in Human Movement Science and Biochemistry. She is passionate about helping her patients achieve their best quality of life through movement. With a deep understanding of human movement and exercise science, Amy specializes in using scientific and evidence-based exercise to treat chronic conditions and cardiac rehabilitation, helping to rehabilitate injuries and improve overall physical performance. She has a keen eye for identifying muscle imbalances, correcting posture and alleviating chronic pain.
