Rē gym provides facilities for those who need specialist training for a wide range of fitness situations including strength and sports training, as well as goal-based training for endurance

Rē Gym is fully equipped to provide strength, conditioning and endurance training delivered by our fully qualified instructors, who can help improve clients’ physical and athletic performance. We can create specific training plans using our scientific knowledge, combined with the latest research, to enhance your training plan so you can achieve your chosen sporting goals and remain injury-free.

Other activities such as yoga and Pilates are also available at Rē. In addition, we offer programmes for rehabilitation after injury, surgery or stroke, as well as corrective training for those suffering from paediatric scoliosis, posture and balance problems.

Common situations that can benefit from sessions at Rē include:
